Goodwill of WNY is expanding and opening a brand new Donation Center at 890 Young Street, Tonawanda, NY 14150. We have multiple shifts available and are looking for full time and part time Donation Attendants to greet and assist donors at our new Donation Center. THE POSITION

This position’s key responsibilities include:

• Greets and assists donors at donation trailers. 
• Delivers excellent customer service and ensures our donors have a great experience with our donation process.
• Collects, sorts, and organizes donations according to Company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and safe drive-thru according to established Company standards.
• Assists other departments within the Company when needed.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (The stuff you must have)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to make decisions regarding the quality of items.
• Is reliable and consistently comes to work on time and as scheduled.
• Must be able to lift, exert, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly with no support.

COMPENSATION: 

Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. 

• This position pays $18/hour.
